Endurance athletes are notorious for skimping on strength training.  At LA Endurance, we believe that a strong athlete is a fast and healthy athlete.  With the integration of our progressive strength templates to your aerobic conditioning, your results will climb to the next level.  Please reach out for modifications should you have injury that precludes you from performing certain exercises, or for any other reason.  

 

To complete this plan, please have a set of exercise resistance bands, a stability ball, and a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells.  Progress your weights week by week, and challenge yourself.  It is a myth that endurance athletes should not lift heavy.  In fact, the opposite is true, as long as your form is intact.

 

The purchase of an 8 week strength template gives you an account with Training Tilt, where you can build your workout calendar, access videos, and submit workouts.  After purchase and creating an account, we will give you access to the training template.
